Inclusion of infrared information in the color image

If the norm of the vector produced by the 800, 850 and 900nm wavelengths is larger than 0.8 then we apply the following formula: RGB = 0.7*RGB + (0.35, 0.0, 0.0).

If the norm of the vector produced by the 800, 850 and 900nm wavelengths is larger than 0.8 then we apply the following formula: RGB = 0.7*RGB + (0.35, 0.0, 0.0).
